B&B Charters

Gulf and Bay Fishing

Trip Details

B&B Charters specializes in both in-shore and off-shore fishing. We are located at Treasure Island Marina on the east end of PCB. It's a short drive and easy to find for those coming from 30a, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside. Customers can expect to fish with everything from light spinning tackle to heavy conventional gear depending on the trip. Everything is included with the price of the trip except for food, drink, and fish cleaning services. Please check us out on Facebook for pictures of recent catches.

Inshore Fishing

Inshore trips consist of fishing the backwaters of St. Andrew's Bay and the nearshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico out of Panama City Beach, FL. Customers can expect to target species such as tarpon, redfish, spotted sea trout, mangrove snapper, bluefish, ladyfish, flounder, spanish mackerel, sharks, gag grouper, cobia, sheepshead, and jack cravelle to name a few. We typically use light spinning tackle on this trip, something similar in size to a bass rod. In-shore trips are much less dependent on the weather because we can typically seek shelter from the wind. Please call or text to inquire about available species.

Offshore Fishing

Offshore fishing consists of fishing the waters of the Gulf of Mexico out of Panama City Beach, FL up to 9 nautical miles from shore. We specialize in bottom fishing or what you might call "deep sea" fishing on this trip, but at times we do a lot of trolling. We target species such as red snapper, grouper, vermillion snapper, white snapper, triggerfish, king mackerel, sharks, amberjack, mahi-mahi, sailfish, wahoo, barracuda, tarpon, flounder, and bonita to name a few. Customers can expect to fish everything from light spinning tackle to heavy conventional gear on this trip. Please call or text to discuss fishing seasons or to discuss any questions you might have.

Shark Fishing

We off various types of shark fishing for many different species both inshore and offshore. Blacktips, sandbars, hammerheads, and bull sharks are the most common, but we do catch others species at random. Customers can choose between 3 and 6 hours. The most popular trip is the 3 hour excursion. We are located close to the fishing grounds, so customers get a lot of fishing time even on a 3 hour trip. Please call or text to inquire about available species.

About the Captain

Capt. Bryan Bishop has lived in Panama City Beach most of his life and has worked on charter boats since the age of thirteen. Most of his time on the water is spent charter fishing, but he also fishes quite a bit in his spare time with friends and family. All together Capt. Bryan spends roughly 300 days a year on the water. He is a full time fishing guide that has a diverse knowledge of both in-shore and off-shore fishing. No matter your level of fishing experience, Capt. Bryan welcomes you aboard for your next fishing adventure!

The Boat

The vessel is a 23 foot Cape Horn that is powered by a 2024 Suzuki 200 h.p. outboard. She's outfitted with Simrad electronics and a Minn Kota spot lock trolling motor for easy fishability. The vessel is extremely seaworthy and the design allows us to fish anywhere from the backwaters for redfish to off-shore for red snapper. We carry all of the necessary safety equipment as required by the U.S. Coast Guard. Look for B&B Charters on Facebook and Google for more photos.
